John first responded to our internet inquiry, then carried us through the process. He was friendly, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and overall, a really great guy. Not pushy in any way at all, he responded quickly to any calls or emails we had for him. He actually stayed well beyond normal business hours with us one evening when we knew he had been there since early in the morning. The assistant manager, Steve, who handled our checklist after our purchase, was most gracious, appreciative and attentive. Nick, with financing, was most helpful in getting us in and out quickly as he knew we were under a time crunch. Overall - it seems this dealership has it right when training their people to be kind, genuine, patient, helpful and, most important, not pushy! Thank you Subaru of Grapevine and John, for making the process as pleasant as it could possibly be. We absolutely love our Forester! More

I had a great buying experience and would recommend them to anyone. Sean Roberts was my sales consultant. Sean is really passionate about Subaru, knowledgeable about what he sells and very easy to work with. He methodically discussed/demonstrated all of my new Outback's features during the pre-sale and helped me get the major things configured on my car before leaving post-sale. He did a great job communicating and guiding me through the entire process. Freddy Valdovinos handled my financing. Freddy made the whole process easy and was very informative about my options in a no-pressure way. I also had opportunity to work with Stephen Johnston as part of the deal making process and I found him to be very realistic and transparent about the numbers. Thanks to everyone so far and I look forward to working with the service department in the future. More

First New Car Buying Experience We have been thinking about buying a new Subaru (and our first) for quite a while. We were connected with Sean Roberts, one of their internet sales s We have been thinking about buying a new Subaru (and our first) for quite a while. We were connected with Sean Roberts, one of their internet sales specialists through a discount site offered by our employer. His initial email to us was very polite and not at all pushy. We had done our research and decided that a Crosstrek would be a good fit for us. Sean greeted us warmly upon our arrival and had a car picked out for us to look at. I expected the typical car salesman routine to begin at this point. Sean was very knowledgeable about all the technologies in the car and took his time to explain them all to us. At no point did we feel pressured or like he was being pushy at all. The new car manager, Stephen stopped by at one point to introduce himself. We ended up going with a base model Crosstrek and they worked to get us a good deal on our financing. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and it was what a car buying experience should be. They even took time to put a bow on the car for us since it’s Christmas and my wife and I were both so incredibly impressed with the staff of the dealership, as well as with Subaru. Their “Share The Love” event donated $250 split between three of our favorite charities on our behalf. This has likely made lifelong Subaru buyers out of us as we love the car and we will DEFINITELY be going back to Five Star Subaru! More
