We had inquired about the exact model Forester that we were interested in on Subaru of Grapevine's website. Keith Sarao contacted me shortly thereafter. Keith went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable with the purchase ahead of time. He thoroughly explained every question I had about both the individual car and sales process before we stepped foot in the dealership. I had plenty of questions, and Keith made sure I had all of the information I needed to buy a car before leaving for the dealership. When we drove up, our Subaru was parked in front of the dealership, front and center with a full gas tank, ready to go. Keith got the paperwork going for financing to shorten the process, and then taught us everything we needed to know about the car. Afterwards we went to the finance office to sign the rest of the paperwork, Freddy in Finance walked us through the contract and answered every question I had perfectly. I can not imagine the car-buying process going any smoother. I would highly recommend buying a Subaru from Keith Sarao at Subaru of Grapevine. More
