Unique and impressive I was looking for a manual transmission Forester around my area, Chicagioland. But, nothing was available around, even in some nearby states. I did the whole deal and transaction over emails, never before. Then, I flew to pick it up. Those fine persons picked me up and took me to the dealer. That was another detail of how great they treat people, not just customers, but people like you and me. Joey Edwards took care of the sale since the beginning. He is a very professional and sensitive person. Thank you, Joey! Another great part was when I faced the financial manager, Freddie Valdovinos. Any one who has bought cars knows how difficult and badly is when the financial manager takes over. This time was as smooth as I have never experinced. We were looking at the Forester and the Outback, wanting to test drive to see which one better suited our needs. Bill took care of us and was extremely helpful! He showed us many options, so we could decide for ourselves what was right for us. We ended up choosing the Outback, because we liked the look and feel more. We felt it was what was best suited for our lifestyle. Bill was attentive and informative the entire time. We never felt like we were being pushed in one direction or another. We never felt pressured. And he was also very patient and cheerful with our toddler, who terrorized his office just a little bit. Overall it was a wonderful first purchase experience and we are happy to now be a part of the Subaru family! More
