When I came up here, my sales guy John talked through all of the options and trim levels available, and answered all of my questions about options for the 2018, which wasn't available yet. As soon as they could special order them, he called me to let me know, and helped me place it. He also called me when they got a 2018 on the floor, so I could test drive it. The day my car came in, he let me know, had it washed and perfect to pick up. I've talked my husband into getting a Subaru for his next car, and we're already looking for a Subaru for my daughter. We'll be coming here for those as well. More

He wasn’t following us around or constantly nagging in our ears. He let us do our search and gave us his information when we were ready for questions. We went to few other dealerships and we came back to Clay right away. He was straightforward, professional, kind, and definitely friendly enough to keep us around long enough. He stayed with us beyond his scheduled work time to make sure we left the dealership satisfied. He made sure every part of our experience was fantastic. There are not enough good words in the English dictionary to describe how great Clay was. The dealership is VERY lucky to have him and they need to reward him for keeping his customers beyond satisfied.
