That alone was the reason why I chose to come back and do business with Nick. He was straight forward and didn’t try to pressure my wife and I to buy a car unless we were absolutely sure that we wanted to. After we started getting serious about buying a vehicle Nick accommodated all of our needs and patiently took us through the process,even after I asked him 10,000 plus questions. He helped us get a great deal on a lightly used 2017 WRX that my wife absolutely loves. Nick also was determined to get us in the car we wanted and did whatever it took and went above and beyond the expectations. Nick is an awesome sales associate who definitely raised my expectations on how a dealership should run. Overall the staff I interacted with at Subaru displayed similar manners and behaviors as Nick did. The whole feel of the dealership is amazing and the staff really seems honest and has the customers needs as their primary focus. In addition, the finance guy, Freddie, was very patient and took the time to explain every step of the process and even explored several different routes to get us the best financing. My wife and I previously had a bad experience from another dealership (not associated with Five Star Subaru) and Freddie made it his goal to thoroughly explain how the financing worked. I once again asked several questions, some probably unnecessary, and Freddie remained patient and professional. Good work Nick, Freddie, and Five Star Subaru! You are raising the bar when it comes to customer service and quality in the dealership industry. More
