We were greeted by Clay Garrett when we walked in and he immediately put us at ease. He knew all of the cars on the lot and all of their amenities and took the time to patiently wait as we told him what we were looking for and why. We were delighted when his manager Jeff Davis appeared as we had purchased our last Subaru from his dealership in Ft. Worth and loved working with him! This dealership, unlike many others, has a happy atmosphere. It seems as though the people working there actually like their jobs and each other. We were so happy with our experience and our vehicle we went home and told our neighbors about it and they went the next day and purchased a car for their college bound daughter. We are actually heading back soon to trade in my Mercedes for a new Subaru! He was friendly and did everything he could to get us in our new car as quickly and easily as possible. The dealership also had a wonderful waiting area with drinks and snacks and an amazing stock of new cars. It was by far the simplest car buying experience I have ever had and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We're on our third Subaru and will definitely come to this dealership the next time we are in the market for a new car. More

We had no problem going back up to purchase the Crosstrek a week later because everyone at this dealership is pleasant, transparent, low pressure, and you feel like family. The dealership is NICE (I told Bill I've had dinner at fancy restaurants that have worse bathrooms than this dealership, haha). Bill is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. Jeff and Brian (numbers and finance, respectively) both plainly explained everything and never made us feel like there was wool being pulled over our eyes, which is a relief as their portions of the buying process can be an intimidating part of purchasing a vehicle. I told Bill to give me a shout when the plates come in; sure I can have them mailed to me and screw them on in a few minutes, but I genuinely wanted to have an excuse to go back up to the dealership just to say hi. They are that type of people. More
