Dustin did a great job keeping us updated throughout the wait and making sure we received the car in a timely manner once it arrived. He also did great making sure we were familiar with all the features in our new car. Overall, we were very please with our experience until we reached finance. The finance person was very pushy with selling us an extended warranty- despite repeating multiple times that we were not interested. He kept asking us to explain why we didn’t want to pay for an extended warranty, which in my opinion doesn’t matter after we have repeatedly said no. More

After asking a question using the "Chat" function, I was contacted by Wing Yip, Internet Sales Specialist. We scheduled an appointment, but by the time I arrived, I had concluded that the Outback I was seeking was not in stock so had planned to go on to another dealership. Nevertheless, Wing magically produced (Carbonaro Effect?) an Outback that was not included in the online inventory but that met my specifications as to equipment and interior and exterior colors. The price was reasonable (though it included a couple of those extra-sticker-off-to-the-side dealer add-ons that everyone says you should complain about when you buy a car--at least these were practical add-ons, NOT undercoating or paint sealant). But the most impressive part was Wing's knowledge of the operational aspects of the vehicle. He provided a thorough orientation to all the buttons, screens, levers, and knobs and made himself available for any additional or future questions. I found him to be impressively responsive and helpful. Since it was a cash purchase, the visit to the office of the finance officer (Jamie, I think) was relatively painless, except for the part where she relieved me of my life savings. More

The EASIEST car buying experience in my life!!!! I contacted Subaru of Grapevine through the Jerry Reynolds’s CarPro show website. Within 10 minutes I was contacted by Joey Edwards. He listened to what My wants and needs were, and emailed me a quote on the Forester I had found on their website. The whole process was completed by phone, email, and text-including the appraisal on my trade and credit approval! When we arrived at the dealership, my car was ready and waiting, spent two hours to check my new Forester, sign the paperwork, and go! Joey Edwards rocks! I definitely recommend Subaru of Grapevine! The only concern I had was the amount of time taken to get the paperwork for me to actually buy the car. While it allowed me to get to know Darryl better, the time just sitting around was not appreciated. At pickup, everything was ready to go and just as requested. Had to go back for installation of the side body protectors (look great) and was provided a loaner to do so (great service). As my wife was out of town when purchasing the car, the dealership provide us both with a car-orientation (carientation) that was very well delivered by the always smiling (genuine) Dee. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful Orange Crosstek to enjoy. Thanks to all at the dealership for that. (and the cookies were great) More

I had very specific requirements as to the vehicle i wanted, color, options, etc. He had to obtain the vehicle from another dealership to meet my requirements, and he did so, and had the vehicle available just when he said he would. The business office is a place where I sometimes regret my buying decisions, but that was not the case here. Brian Buttons and Freddie Valovinos were both very helpful and provided the honest, direct answers I needed. I have not had any experience with the service department yet, but I hope the culture of customer service extends to that department, and fully expect it to do so. More
