Dustin Cox was knowledgeable about the Subaru vehicles, showed great communication skills, and was very professional!!! Freddie Valdovinos made finance process smooth and easy!!! Could not get their story straight My daughter went in to look at a new Crosstrek and everything went well on the first visit. Where it started to fall apart was when we actually started to attempt to purchase the car. My daughter called the salesman (Jon) and he told her they had two cars available for sale in the color she wanted, so she started the drive up from College Station. I went in shortly after she had confirmed the cars were there to negotiate the deal. Once I arrived I found out from talking to another salesman that there were no cars available in the color she wanted. The Sales Manager (Stephen) told me that the closest one was 400 miles away, that later changed to 250 plus miles away at Ferguson Subaru in OK. I went online and found one in Fort Worth while I was sitting there waiting for over an hour and a half while they tried to decide what they had in inventory. Jon later told my daughter that those cars had been sold, where the sales manager told me a different story. Needless to say, I waked out after wasting almost two hours and bought the car in Fort Worth. I have purchased six cars from Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford in NRH, but I will reconsider using this dealer going forward given this experience. This also left my daughter with a bad feeling on her first car buying experience. Her words were "why do they all have to be such lairs?" It’s a shame car dealers just can’t be straight forward and ethical. More

While dealing with him you’ll find a unique combination of integrity and transparency you’ll appreciate after all those pushy, even shady sales people I met at Toyota and Honda dealerships trying to nickle and dime you every step of the way. Clay knows the cars and is a straight shooter. No BS, just facts and real experience. I strongly recommend him. More
Awesome car buying experience! Nick was a great salesperson! We live in Austin but Subaru in Grapevine had the exact car we were looking for. Nick was very easy to communicate with via phone and even texted us pictures in more detail of the car. He had the car ready for us to test drive when we got there. It was detailed immaculately! We told Nick about our recent experience of being in a horrible accident in our other Subaru. He took extra time to explain all of the safety features of what kept us safe in the accident. His knowledge of the safety features of a Subaru reinforced why we are now Subaru customers for life! We will be visiting Nick again when we are ready to purchase our next Subaru in the next few months. More

Personal Attention, Quality Professionalism John Michael Mosqueda is one salesman I am pleased to recommend to anyone looking for a new Subaru. First impressions are important, and he impressed John Michael Mosqueda is one salesman I am pleased to recommend to anyone looking for a new Subaru. First impressions are important, and he impressed me by having both cars I expressed an interest in on the phone sitting by the outside door, ready for me to test drive upon my arrival at Five Star Subaru. During the test drives, John Michael fully explained the details of the car. Knowing I had a 2009 Forrester, he did not waste time on the similarities, but he invested time in being sure I was aware of and comfortable with newer features, especially the technology. His knowledge and comfort with the Forrester were the most successful “sales talk” one could give. John Michael went the extra mile for me when there was a slight mix-up as another customer and I decided to buy the same car at virtually the same time. Along with his sales manager, the car with the correct color and same features was found at a dealership in the Metroplex. They arranged to have the similar car at Five Star in Grapevine the next morning. Because my 2009 Forrester had a mechanical issue, John Michael made sure I had a loaner Forrester to drive home for the night. The next morning my new car was washed and waiting for me as I drove up. John Michael was standing next to it, ready to go with me on one final test drive. Before leaving the dealership, John Michael made sure my radio was set up to my liking and that my cell phone was linked to the car. We had difficulty getting my StarLinK established and agreed he would follows-up on the issue. He contacted me several times over the next week until the issue was resolved. He even offered to use his day off to fix the problem. Fortunately, he was able to discover and remedy the problem without having to sacrifice his time off. He followed up after resolving the problem to insure there were no issues. Throughout our interactions John Michael was friendly and easy to talk with. He kept the conversations professional while still showing interest in me as a person, not just a sales target. Five Star Subaru obviously knows how to hire the best! More

I made an appointment with Joey to see a Subaru that we discussed on the phone. When I arrived it was ready to test drive. Joey test drove the car with me and led me through the features. There was never a rush and certainly no pressure. The car pretty much can sell itself. I would have never considered a Subaru until I felt that I needed the safest car around. To my surprise, this is the best car I have ever owner, safe or not. This car has all the technical extras, which is what I was looking for. The Legacy with the safety features was actually less expensive to insure than my previous 2014 model (worth about $15,000) compared to the 2018 Legacy that listed for about $30,000. I did not change any of the coverage either. In a conversation with the General Manager, I learned that in just two years or so, this dealership has become #1 in Dallas Ft. Worth. Easy to see why. More
