Jennifer was knowledgeable and guided us through the process very professionally. The only drawback to the experience is Jennifer having to go back and forth to discuss things with the sales manager, we would of preferred him to have come out to meet with us as this process was longer than it should/could of been. This is at no fault of Jennifer’s. Also the lack of using updated/newer technology when it came time to meet with the finance officer. He was very professional but the process could of gone quicker if the company utilized e-signatures. More
