In that time, we've dealt with 20+ different sales guys, and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Steve. He's all about the customer, and is very honest. He really knows his stuff. It's one thing for a sales guy to be polite and answer questions but he's the first one that truly made us feel excited about the purchase. He explained all the different features that would benefit us and our situation very well. We had every intention of looking at 2 additional cars at other dealerships after checking out our outback, but we just ended up buying the outback then and there. Freddie the finance guy was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The dealership is top notch, and we'll definitely recommend them and be back in the future. Thanks guys! More
