Another was the opposite with little follow up. I reached out to Grapevine via email on a whim. I'm so thankful we were paired with Lauren. She is patient and kind. Lauren knows her inventory and cars well. She provided as much information as I requested, worked with me regarding pricing and never made me feel like I was annoying or a burden. We emailed for a month. Finally, my husband and I were agreed on a price and came into the dealership. We met Lauren in person for the first time. I called Wing and about 3 hours later was driving my new Ascent Touring home. There was absolutely no pressure to do anything. Wing took the time to help me thoroughly understand the astounding number of great things in this car.
