The rating is soley based on the staff and the fact they were extremely friendly and accommodating. With that said, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I had my repairs done there. That were extremely friendly and accommodating. With that said, I was told that the diagnostic fee would be waived if I had my repairs done there. That did not happen. Turns out the problem was less than a 20.00 dollar repair needed. I took my car to another establishment and it was determined the one part to the battery ground post they charged me for was not the issue. I was charged almost $300.00 for service. The problem was the positive terminal post that cost less than $20.00 dollars at Advance Auto was bad. So I payed almost $300.00 for the ground post and all the time it was the positive post/ very obvious too was the issue. I ended up fixing it MYSELF it was just that simple. Why the mechanics could not see that was the issue is beyond me. I guess your repairs have to meet a certain theshold before the "No charge for diagnostic" is upheld. Like I said, the staff is really nice. More
