Josh worked with us patiently.. we had a few curveballs thrown at us.. Josh really stuck his neck out there.. out of all the dealerships that I have been actively communicating with.. he is the actual reason we made the decision to purchase from five star Nissan.. this man is on point with communication, fast response times, consistency, extremely great at informing and suggesting.. which in buying a car.. finding all the extra points just to make not only the purchase experience amazing.. all the consistent effort ensures that I am guaranteed to love my car... and almost a week later.. I’m still extremely satisfied. and that is what makes this whole experience worth while.. thank you for your contributions Josh.. the finance department was amazing.. Joshua Player made me feel extremely comfortable on the contract side of things.. no hidden fine print.. if I had any questions.. he was thorough in the answers so I could easily understand this process. Do not trade in here! I traded in my vehicle and was told there was no equity to it but they would take it anyway. Then looked wondering if they listed it and in the ad on website it says " vehicle listed fa there was no equity to it but they would take it anyway. Then looked wondering if they listed it and in the ad on website it says " vehicle listed far below KBB value" and it's marked up almost 10,000! So guess it's listed over KBB ( guy said "my manager gave you max KBB value on it, we want make anything on this since it's not worth much) which leaves me wondering how much I overpaid on what I got. I understand they gotta make money but xxxx man really? Also only told them to run my credit with one place and they ran it with three other places. Not happy and do not recommend. 3 cars iv owned all came from here because they always treated me right. I know there's nothing I can do, what's done is done but I just hope that I'm able to help someone else so they can hopefully find a place that actually treat them right and not get shafted. More
