Sensor in door unreliable Dropped my car off the evening before - which was great for my schedule. They told me why the sensor was doing it’s thing, and we decided to let them Dropped my car off the evening before - which was great for my schedule. They told me why the sensor was doing it’s thing, and we decided to let them keep the car overnight. Since ir wasn’t warranty work, I called to see how much it would cost to cover the sensor. Got the price and then I asked if they could keep the car overnight as I don’t see well at night. Again they were accommodating and I was able to pick my car up on Saturday morning! Great service. Karen was wonderful. Love my Rogue Sport. More

Oil Change and Lube job with coupon The only problem I had with the service this time is that my car was not vacuumed as with previous visits. I always look forward to the clean car and the nice shine on my tires. That did not happen this time. Could it be that this is a change that I did not know about? I looked further at the bill and the information on my receipt regarding the mileage is incorrect. I am not sure where they got this information from. I am now concerned if the work on the order was actually completed. I look forward to hearing from someone soon. More

Disappointed I travelled from Wilmington, NC to Florence, SC with the sole purpose of purchasing a car that I had seen on line. The description of the car was on I travelled from Wilmington, NC to Florence, SC with the sole purpose of purchasing a car that I had seen on line. The description of the car was on Five Star Nissan's web site as well as cargurus. The description in print included a moonroof and 4,486 miles. When I reached the dealership to my dismay, the car did not have a moonroof and the mileage was over 10,000 miles. The salesman Alvin D. was of course, apologetic and seemed genuinely remorseful. On the other hand, the general manager never came over and introduced himself or apologized for the error on the website. The salesman gave a gas voucher to compensate my friend that brought me there. Beware of Five Star Nissan!!!! More
