Disappointed I travelled from Wilmington, NC to Florence, SC with the sole purpose of purchasing a car that I had seen on line. The description of the car was on I travelled from Wilmington, NC to Florence, SC with the sole purpose of purchasing a car that I had seen on line. The description of the car was on Five Star Nissan's web site as well as cargurus. The description in print included a moonroof and 4,486 miles. When I reached the dealership to my dismay, the car did not have a moonroof and the mileage was over 10,000 miles. The salesman Alvin D. was of course, apologetic and seemed genuinely remorseful. On the other hand, the general manager never came over and introduced himself or apologized for the error on the website. The salesman gave a gas voucher to compensate my friend that brought me there. Beware of Five Star Nissan!!!! More

Would never even acknowledge the possibility that they could be wrong, even when I placed the parts that should have been replaced on their counter. The service department is joke. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
