I worked with Karen, who was incredibly responsive throughout my repair process. The repairs were performed quickly, and Karen worked with Carlotz (the dealership from where I bought the car) to cover throughout my repair process. The repairs were performed quickly, and Karen worked with Carlotz (the dealership from where I bought the car) to cover the cost of the fuel system cleaning (the catalytic converter issue was still under Nissan's manufacturer warranty).
