The slowest people and they lie so bad just to get money out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radi out of you. Every time I get an oil change it’s at least a 3 hour wait ( and yes I made an appointment first) . They “supposedly” reinstalled my radio which was still under warranty... Well the radio was working but the plugs (usb, aux) stopped working. Took it back and they charged me $200 for them to still not fix the issue. Prices are way too high, employees don’t work and I don’t think they have been properly trained just hired on a buddy buddy system More

If you need your car do not take it to five star Nissan, they kept my car eight weeks to change 4 parts and when I got it back there was a dent in the rear quarter panel.
