Multiple trips in a week for warranty I took my 2016 Mustang GT in for a check engine light, the vehicle only has 20k miles on it. It turned out to be a random misfire, then a cylinder 8 m I took my 2016 Mustang GT in for a check engine light, the vehicle only has 20k miles on it. It turned out to be a random misfire, then a cylinder 8 misfire and dead cylinder. I turned it in on a Monday afternoon then picked it up on a Thursday afternoon, i then turned around and took it back for the same reasons on that Saturday morning. I received a call Monday afternoon saying my timing was out and that they will need to keep it until the end of the month to get it back to the heavy line service department. I spoke with the service manager and was told to not be concerned even though he has never heard of these issues happening before, my main concern is that this car is a year old and was bought brand new and has been kept up to date on all services. This is my only source of transportation to school and work, having to pay for a vehicle I can no longer drive is unacceptable. Granted a rental was given but not what I am paying my hard earned money for. I was informed that if another accurance was to arise then the engineers will have to be notified and my car again will be turned in for a undetermined amount of time. I just feel like this is a horrible issue that needs to be looked into further then just being dismissed as a random event. This situation has left a bad taste in my mouth over all, I pay a lot of money for something I can not enjoy. More

John may be the last honest man on earth. John asked why I was there for service. I told him everything and he said I should be able to wait 2,500 more miles before I need to get the works oil John asked why I was there for service. I told him everything and he said I should be able to wait 2,500 more miles before I need to get the works oil change. I said great but asked why last time at this very dealership they went ahead and charged me $45 for the oil change at 5,000 miles? He said he did not know but wrote down my VIN and would look it up. It took him a while but he did it. Come to find out I had a pre-paid maintenance plan that called for the first three "The Works" oil changes to be done every 5,000 miles and for free. He did not have to tell me this and he could have just charged me but he actually showed me on the computer and said he would talk to his service manager about getting me a refund for the last oil change I paid for with them. He got me "The Works" oil change today for free and said to come back in 5,000 miles and get another one for free to make up for the one I already paid for back in November with them. John did not have to do any of this but he did and I am glad I took my F150 into this dealership and he was my service person. I really appreciated it. Thank you. More

After my last visit (100,000 mile) I heard a noise under the hood, and returned to the dealership. Someone had left the power steering bracket off, and it had fallen close to the fan. It didn't do any damage, but sure could have. I just recently purchased a 2017, f-150 and really love the truck. I had a flat tire last Friday evening, so I went to the dealer Saturday morning to discover they did not have any tires for my brand new truck. Unbelievable! They ordered one, which arrived Tuesday. I went back to the dealer at 6:30 am, Wednesday morning. Was the first person in line, but did not get away from there until 8:45. That is just plain bad costumer service. I dread taking my truck to them because I don't know how long anything will take or what kind of service I will get. Thinking about going to another dealer. Service adviser, John Maurice, did everything he could to expedite everything, including checking on the status of my tire on his day off. More
