Best car buying experience yet. Jerry Reynolds pointed me to Five Star Ford via E-mail on Monday. I talked to Joshua over the phone for 15 minutes. Went to see the truck on Tuesday afternoon. I had to have my car serviced at the Ford dealeer in Colorado Springs due to profuse water overflow and odor in the water (I thought was transmission fluid, but turned out to be antifreeze). They flushed the cooling system because cooland light came on and replace radiator cap. This problem noted as I started up the mountain, Pikes Peak, and I had to tiurn around and seek help. Maybe this was because I was not using my car - the AC- correctly. But I returned to mountain after the service and brief instruction on how to use the AC when car is under stress, and we enjoyed a nice trip up and down. And no further like incidents on the trip (2200mi). Other problem: first day out tried to turn on headlights, automatic switch for headlights,did not work (and still doesn't). Dash lights would not come on, and CD player did not work (but radio did). I mentioned this problem at the Ford Dealer in Colorado Springs and we had dash lights and CD music thereafter. So, where I was initially happy with service received, although susp[icious at the rapid service because that is my nature, I believed I had received careless service when I ran into the above problems. The service people and other personnel at Five Star Ford were just as courteous and nice and helpful as possible' I had received what I thought was good service from Five Star before, reason for my return, and will probably use Five Star Ford again. Everything was great. the only negative thing I can say is: The car has to be there to be in line. We brought the vehicle up there on Monday and was number 37 in line. We were called every day to tell us what number we were in line. Great!! Why could we not keep the vehicle until say we were number 5 or so, then bring it in. We are both retired and are home all day. We did without the vehicle for three days while it sat at the dealership in line on paper. It did not cause us much of a problem because we are both retired. But, if you were a working family of two, doing without a second vehicle for three days, not counting repairs, could cause a severe hardship. Stan Blakeney More

I went in for service. Was met promply. My info was taken quickly and I was told that due to a large numer of customers ahead of me it would take about 2 hours. I had to have my 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid towed into the dealership because it would not start. John was very helpful to me in the entire experience and kept me informed on the status of my car while I was dealership because it would not start. We were getting ready to go on our first road trip in the Fusion Hybrid when this happened and that was very disappointing. Unfortunately, we still don't know what caused the problem that required the car to be towed into the dealership. More
