This Ford dealership is direct and honest with servicing vehicles. I have been taking my Ford here for years on end. I am so pleased that Jonathan is back as a service advisor. Yesterday I brought in our '08 Ford Escape for some repairs. I had recently had a lower steering shaft u joint replaced by another dealer, who I will NEVER go to again. Jonathan has been my Service Adv repairs. I had recently had a lower steering shaft u joint replaced by another dealer, who I will NEVER go to again. Jonathan has been my Service Advisor for many years, and I have complete trust in him for anything having to do with our vehicles. I didn't have an appointment, and they still were able to still fit me in. Richard was unable to find any problem, or get the car to duplicate the noise. He actually took the time to drive with me, and check everything just to be sure. The level of care that he provided was outstanding, and did not let me leave until I was sure everything was ok. Since 1990, I have purchased 10 vehicles from Five Star NRH, and have ALWAYS had good results. Every member of the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of properly, and yesterday was no exception. These are really good people, who provide excellent customer service. The Service Department has always gone above and bey dealership they always have take care of me. I have purchased 3 new vehicles from 5 Star Ford. The Service Department has always gone above and beyond to assure my vehicles are fixed right and at a fair price. On the few occasions when something was not fixed correctly or addressed, 5 Star has always made things right. Anymore, I will have difficulty in selecting which Service Advisor to choose from, between Todd, Oddie and Jonathan. I would recommend 5 Star to a customer who wishes to feel like they matter. More
Dropped my truck off at the collision center and still haven't gotten it back! BUT I have been told it would be ready Monday. Called Monday basically got called a liar and it will be ready Tuesday. Called Tuesday, they noticed something they have missed. Told it would be ready Wednesday. Found something else. Got told it would FOR SURE be ready Thursday (today) and my contact guy never returned my phone calls and "left unexpectedly" and should be ready by tomorrow afternoon. TIRED OF THE CAT AND MOUSE GAME! Customer service is so ready to take your vehicle and then run you around and around! I will never use this place again and I would NEVER recommend this place! More
Had new brakes, rotor turned, hydralic service and new belt. Service Mechanic routed the belt wrong on the engine allowing it to fray against the engine block. Brakes did not work properly. Took back to dealer - another day off work for my daughter, for work to be done correctly. If I hadn't inspected before her return trip to Memphis could have had major damage to car due to belt breakage. More
