This is my third F150 and the second one I purchased from this dealership. Upon delivery of this truck I noticed a loud wind noise on the driver side when I reached 45 MPH. I never had that happen with my pr this dealership. Upon delivery of this truck I noticed a loud wind noise on the driver side when I reached 45 MPH. I never had that happen with my previous trucks. I took the truck in to be checked and Sean was nice enough to take it for a test ride with me. He agreed the noise was above the normal level and arranged an appointment for me. He also arranged for a loaner truck as well. He knew I had to go to straight to work the day of the appointment and had me in and out in a flash. Sean called and let me know the truck was ready for pickup that evening. He explained what the issue was and how it was repaired. He also mentioned that if I had any further problems to give him a call. I give Sean and 5 Star Ford a two thumbs up. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you for a great product backed by exellent service. My husband bought me a new car a year ago. Tho we had some initial problems with the car, each time I've had to go to the dealership, they have been most helpful. The last two times I drove over after Bi some initial problems with the car, each time I've had to go to the dealership, they have been most helpful. The last two times I drove over after Bible study and they fit me in right away taking care of my minor issues AND washing my car -- a clean car makes me feel good! Most recently, Jonathan was helpful in trying to have a ding removed for me. Tho he wasn't able to do it for free, he gave me a quote for when I'm ready. I brought my car in to the service center to have a couple of things looked at. Chris Vasquez was the Service Advisor assigned to me and I am so happy he was.
