I have been bringing my mustang back here for service since I bought it. When I purchased my 2006 mustang new I was introduced to Jonathan as one that was knowledgeable of mustangs. My car is custom now since I bought it. When I purchased my 2006 mustang new I was introduced to Jonathan as one that was knowledgeable of mustangs. My car is custom now and he takes care of my special requests of how I want the car handled by the mechanics. I was upset when he left because I went to another ford dealer and did not have level of professionalism that I had with him. He treats you like a friend instead of another customer. I'm really glad he's back. More

As always, this dealership service department was a pleasure to visit. Pedro Soares remembered who I was the minute I walked up to the service counter. I was amazed. I had a coupon for a State Inspection that Five Star had sent me, and management has no idea how that keeps me coming back as I am on a fixed income, and many times I could get work done for less $$ somewhere else. Pedro came to tell me that my battery cables were corroded and needed attention, and though the price cancelled out my coupon savings, I trust what the rep and the mechanic say so I had them do the work.
