On Oct. 25th of this year (2013) I brought my 2011 Ford Fiesta in for service. Over the past year (Oct 2012-Oct 2013) I had taken my car to another Ford dealership (not worth mentioning) because on cold d Fiesta in for service. Over the past year (Oct 2012-Oct 2013) I had taken my car to another Ford dealership (not worth mentioning) because on cold days It was difficult to start and on two occasions the transmission locked. I was told over and over that there was no problem detected. It was suggested (by an outside source) I take my car to Five Star Ford in N. Richland Hills. I called and made an appointment with Todd McDorman to bring my car in for diognostic check. Todd listened patiently to my concerns and assured me that they (Five Star) would look into every possiblity. They also provided a loner car for me to use at no cost. Within 2-3 hours Todd called to let me know that they were able to pin point the problem and that it had been corrected. I can now say, with a simile on my face, that I have had no cold weather/hot weather problems since. I highly recommend Five Star in North Richland Hills for all new or used vehicle servicing. More

I had an incident with an apartment complex and their tiny parking spots and lets just say there was some damage to the side of my truck so I contacted the collision center and spoke with Duck. This was the first time I have ever had to do business with the collision center and Duck was fantastic he made my experience great and my truck was fixed perfectly and it looks the same as it did the day i bought it. Duck went above and beyond for me and made me feel great about the collision center as a department and even though I hope I never need to take my vehicle back to the collision center if I do at least I know that Duck will take care of me. Jonathan always does a great job. He answers all our question. If we don't understand the invoice he always explains it to us. He makes us feel like he takes care of us like he would his own family. I think it's fair to say that I have had some issues in the past with either the level of service or the responsiveness of the advisor assisting me BUT NOT TODAY. From my arrival I was met promptly (it always bothers me when the service advisors sit behind the glass and look at me when they know I'm waiting for service) and my service needs were noted and written up promptly. I had a small issue with my weather stripping that Jonathan fixed right off the bat and he even noticed my Disabled Veteran plates and thanked me for my service. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes for the shuttle driver and Harry even stopped by the drive thru because I hadn't had breakfast yet. Jonathan gave me an update phone call around noon and then promptly sent the shuttle back for me when the car was ready. He provided all I asked for in a service advisor as he was prompt, responsive and even respectful and all I had to do was show up. More
