Jessy was one of the better service advisors I have had at five star ford NRH. Although all of the advisors have been good, Jessy went the extra mile to answer questions, address concerns I had about my ve at five star ford NRH. Although all of the advisors have been good, Jessy went the extra mile to answer questions, address concerns I had about my vehicle, and arrange transportation to and from my home while my vehicle was being repaired and kept overnight; he even helped me carry my two car seats back into the waiting area. Jessy took the time to personalize my experience by taking a few moments to ask questions so he could get to know me a little. He made me feel like a valued customer and I will most definitely be returning to him for service. More
Brought my car in for warranty service and Ron was very helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. He even attempted to retrieve an errant lipstick which has somehow managed to get into an air duct. helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Jonathan was outstanding to work with while I had to have some warranty work completed. I was issued a loaner to assist with getting back and forth to work. I took my truck to these guys and they took great care of me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way for a long time so he talked to robert morgan and they covered the whole cost except for the 100$ deductible WHICH WAS AWESOME NEWS. The reason why I would recommend this service department over anyone else is because they treat you like one of the family and keep you informed about your vehicle. More
