He has been helping me since I bought my new Ford Focus last year and I have never had a problem with him. He is very caring, even calling me when he saw I had made an appt online for an oil change. He knew I was probably gonna be over my miles by the date of the appt so he called to check and make sure I didn't choose the wrong date. When I explained that I didn't have the money for the change until then, he said, don't worry bout that, bring it in before I go over my mileage (he didn't want me to mess up my warranty) and he said, if you don't have the money, I will pay for it and you can bring me the money back in later. Who does that???!? I know, right, well I'm not saying that Jonathan can pay for all your car repairs but come on, that was awesome. I ended up getting my income tax check in the mail that very evening when I got home from work so he didn't end up having to pay for it but the point is, I think he would have and that is what counts. Jonathan has always gone above and beyond for me and he can for you. :) More

I called and made an appointment to get the IPhones synced on our truck. Jimmie was courteous, professional and most of all, patient. He quickly noticed we needed a software update and got that done. Then he synced both our phones for us. Plus he took extra time and effort to show some of the features that came with the software update. We couldn't have been treated better - "Five Star" treatment continues as we enjoy our truck. More

Life is cooking along about mach 2 like it is for most, so the idea of pausing to go beyond thanking someone for their service personally, and actually commenting on it to others in a blog or review is foreign. Recently however, I was so completely impressed and blown away by the kindness and professionalism of a service representative that I simply have to stop and say something about it to others in writing. Jonathan Pankrez at five Star Ford could quite possibly be the David Copperfield of the auto service industry. He's warm, relaxed, and entertaining while accomplishing astonishing feats at breakneck speed. It wasn't as if I were some dignitary he had to impress. I observed him conducting himself with the same kindness and professional demeanor toward everyone he came in contact with. To put it simply, because of the way he treats people and his competency, I won't be going anywhere other than five star ford for service of my vehicles. Mark S More

Jonathan came to my work to change the air filter in my car and update my navigation/sync system. He re-synced my phone and set everything up. I bought a Ford Flex about a month ago and discovered there was a part of the console that was not in the proper place. I called Alfred and he said to bring it out. Quality of work was bad because I had to bring my car back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust sensors unplugged causing my check engine light to come on as I left the dealership for the third time. But the real story is about Jonathan Pankrez and Robert Morgan. The Customer Service was GREAT! Robert Morgan, Service Manager, was really sincere in his effort to make the bad situation better. He arranged for a loaner car for me so they could keep the car long enough to really find the root cause of the windshield washer failures... which they finally did! Jonathan Pankrez, Service Writer,went deep into what happened at the service center that could have caused the check engine light to come on, then volunteered to come by my house on his way home from work to look things over to see if he could fix it on the spot. As it turned out, it was something easy to fix... a cable that had not been plugged back in when the washer work was completed. Jonathan took photos of the disconnected cable (for training purposes for the techs), plugged the cable back in, and wished me well. In 50 years of car ownership I can't recall ever having someone make a "house call" to help fix a problem with one of my cars. I still have reservations about the quality and workmanship at the 5 Star Service Center, but I get the feeling Robert Morgan is on the right track to improve things. And Jonathan Pankrez has earned my respect as a dedicated service guy. I'll always ask for him when I return to 5 Star Ford. My thanks go to them for making a bad situation MUCH BETTER! My wife brought my F 350 in for an oil change because of a light that came on. I had her call and she spoke with Jonathan. He explained what needed to be done. I told her to make an appointment and take my truck in. We have always been return customers of Jonathan Pankrez. When he was no longer there I chose to go elsewhere. When my wife told me he has returned I was elated. I value Jonathan's honest opinion and he is one of a kind. When we bought our 2005 F 150 for my wife, over the years of servicing her vehicle Jonathan was always a gentleman and showed my wife nothing but respect in dealing with her. He explained everything to her and gave her a print out and explained what they meant. She really respected him for treating her with such courteously. Thank you for having a true gentleman that can deal with us men but can be understanding and treat my wife with such respect. Jonathan's professionalism is to be applauded. (busiest day of the week I'm sure) My brake light problem should have taken just a few minutes but when he went to put the bulb in he found a bigger problem that took a little longer but he stuck with me until he fixed it.
