Love me some Five Star Ford! My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a da needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company! More

Service Mgr was nice in trying to explain. However it should not take 3 weeks just to diagnose if there is a problem. I agree that specialist would take longer to work on problem. As it was my vehicle was there for 3 weeks to get an oil change and a recall on transmission. Nothing else was determined wrong. If Ford service takes that long I will reconsider who I choose in 3 years. More
I went to visit this current dealership yesterday, and your so called salesmen was very rude. Instead of helping he was judging and replying with rude comments. Will never ever return here. This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had in buying a new car. Crystal Sanders, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way.
