I was informed when my car would be ready and called when it was done. They even gave me a courtesy wash! I can't wait for the next appointment. More
"Sister Stores" I purchased my Ford F150 July 1st 2013 and need to go back to have my auto butler reapplied but i have recently moved to Grapevine and did not really I purchased my Ford F150 July 1st 2013 and need to go back to have my auto butler reapplied but i have recently moved to Grapevine and did not really want to drive all the way to NRH since there are closer 5 star ford locations. I called the Lewisville location and they don't even have the auto butler service so I called the Carrollton location. The service rep had no customer service and told me that i could bring my truck in but i would have to pay for the chemicals to get the auto butler reapplied to my truck even though i have already paid for it when i purchased my truck. When i told him i already paid for it he explained that i only paid for it at the NRH location so i commented on the fact that both of the dealerships are 5 star ford owned by Sam Pack. The service rep then went on to give me this huge explanation on how each dealership is an individual company within it self because the state of Texas will not allow the owner to have multiple Sam Pack 5 star ford locations blah blah blah. Upon hearing this I called the NRH location and spoke to Jonathan Pankrez, who always provides top notch customer service and always takes care of me. I explained to him the situation and he went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer and he is the reason that I don't mind driving all the way to the NRH location. Jonathan makes sure that he makes every single one of his clients feel valued and appreciated and he is the prime example of why the NRH location is the best location in DFW. If the "sister stores" were smart they would have all their employees try and emulate Jonathan so they could be as successful as the NRH location. I will continue to make the drive to the NRH location so that I will keep receiving top notch customer service that i have become accustomed to thanks to individuals like Jonathan. More

The guys in the shop found a non rep My wife purchased a 2014 mustang from David Hyche earlier this year and today was the vehicle's first oil change. The guys in the shop found a non repairable puncture in one of the tires, and informed my wife that it wasn't covered by our plan. After she called me and we talked to David and Scott Wilson in service, he explained why it wasn't covered and what we can do to make sure we are covered in the future. These guys are top notch when it comes to taking care of the customer even when the customer isn't covered. The professionalism and honesty is great. Thank you to Scott Wilson and David Hyche for everything, My wife and I will definitely be back for service and for that truck I have had my eyes on. More
Michelin Tire Fiasco Resolved. Thank you Jonathan On a previous visit to Five Star I had some work done. I had informed Jonathan I had put new struts and tires on the front and wanted an alignment do On a previous visit to Five Star I had some work done. I had informed Jonathan I had put new struts and tires on the front and wanted an alignment done. He asked me where I had bought my tires, I told him NTB. He said he wanted to let me know that they did price matching or lowest price on tires, for future reference. I thanked him. On June 25th 2014, my new truck tire picked up a nail. It was late in the afternoon and the leak was far too pronounced to take the tire back to NTB in Grapevine TX . I went to the local Firestone Store and and I told the young man that my tires came from NTB and they were new, it really was bad that I already had need for a patch. He looked at the one tire, and told that if he fixed the tire it may cost me my warranty. He went further and showed me the date code of the tire and told me for a new tire this tire was made Feb. 5, 2008. On further inspection of my other new tire and one that I had put on my truck at the end of 2012 each and every date code was different and three were over 5 year old when purchased. I contacted NTB and they were infatic that they could sell tires that were in their warehouse with date codes up to 10 years. I then called Michelin and spoke with their Customer Service man and he told me no more than 5 years. I then called back the man at NTB and he was less than helpful. I explained to him that I did not want any tires, I wanted a refund of my money. He said he would have to see the tires and see what he could do. I told him that the tires were singing on my truck and all i wanted was a refund of my money. PERIOD. I had purchased the tires June 12, 2014, this was well within my 30 day money back time frame. He then again said he would have to look at the tires. I told him there was no way that I could drive my truck out there for him to look at my tires, when I well knew that I had the Michelin guarentee behind me and that NTB was stockpiling tires with date codes as far back as 10 years. I brought my truck to Jonathan Pankrez and explained my delima. He dealt with my issue and got me into new tires and handled my situation with the upmost care. Jonathan has always been an exemplary service representative for Five Star Ford and I comment him on his ongoing effort to keep the customer informed and and our vehicles in top working order. EXCELLENT SERVICE AS USUAL I've been a customer at 5 Star for over 8 years. This visit was a full 1/2 day at 5 Star for me. Ron Greene was the service writer. Sync system was on the fritz. Jimmie Mathews performed his magic and the phone works again. Took extra time to further explain the Sync programs. Thank you Jimmie. I was having some vibration in the steering when going over some rough spots in the freeways/highways. I visited with the shop manager. He immediately put me in touch with the technician that was going to perform the testing/inspection of my truck. The tech listened, explained what he had witnessed historically with this same description. He advised me he would do a test drive and report back to me. The tech visited with me later and explained his findings, what he did to solve the issue and why he did what he did. Bottom line, parts were installed and I did not experience the vibration on the way home (about 12 miles on surface streets/freeways). This dealership continues to be on top of their game. Good people here! I have been taking my cars to 5 star now for almost 10 years. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and the professionalism that I have been taking my cars to 5 star now for almost 10 years. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and the professionalism that exists here. I have been to other dealer brand service centers (Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, Chevrolet, and even other Ford service centers) and the atmosphere here is very unique. You get the sense that these guys aren't out to squeeze every last penny out of you - they will let you know what needs to be serviced, and what can probably wait. They keep you updated about your cars' progress, and they never once make you feel bad for having to keep a loaner vehicle for an extra day or two if you can't get back to the dealership RIGHT when your car is ready to pick it up. One service advisor, Jonathan Pankrez, stands out from the rest. I started with Jonathan, and he was honestly the person that ensured a return the second time. He did take a hiatus for a little while, and I was indeed connected with a fantastic service writer in his absence.....but I'm sure glad Jonathan is back. He's what makes the service department over there so special. More
