Great experience for a new set of tires! I can’t say enough great things about the service at this dealership. I needed 4 new tires and not only do they price match but the process was very s I can’t say enough great things about the service at this dealership. I needed 4 new tires and not only do they price match but the process was very smooth and extremely fast. Our service advisor, Joshua Lowery, was very helpful. I went to discount tire for my first set of new tires and they nicked my rims on a few spots. I am happy to say there was not one scratch when Five Star put my tires on. I highly recommend them. More

I am so glad he works there now so I can have peace of mind and the confidence that everything is diagnosed and performed right the first time because he has the best working crew of all Ford dealerships in the metroplex and surrounding cities in the shop. He is the only person I would trust my truck with and he is good at keeping me up-to-date on what is being done on my truck, gave me a detailed break down on what repairs are suggested and what the costs are doing to benefit me and the performance of my 13 year old F250 Superduty. The best part of all is whenever I call him to schedule an appointment, I am able to schedule to any time of my convenience! That makes it super helpful to arrange my personal schedule around my busy, and sometimes unpredictable, work days. When I purchase an F-150 in the near future he will continue my preferred service advisor unless they have made a manager already by that time. Thank you for everything Mr. lowery! More

Took my 2010 Ford F-150 King Ranch in for State Inspection, Oil & Filter Change and Tire Rotation!. Had a 7:45 am appointment with Pedro and by 8:51 am my truck was ready! I cannot say enough kind things about how Mr. Soares treats you from the time you arrive until you leave. This is what customer service and care is all about! Thank you Pedro! More

He's full of hot air and does not stand behind what he says he will do. Case in point: I came in to have a simple belt replaced. Almost $400.00 later the belt is fixed but my truck was sabotaged. It barely ran on the way home and I brought it back. I told Robert what I had fixed and the sabotage I suspected. But, he just went on & on about how great of service he provides and this was not the case. He calls Ric up to check my truck. Instead of addressing the issue, he begins to run down my truck telling me how poor of shape it is in and started to tell me I needed this and I needed that and played the old car dealers game of trying to sell you more than what is asked for. JUST FIX THE PROBLEM. I tried to call but the lady said he leaves at 2 PM (I wish I had a job where I could get off at 2 PM). He left me hanging. My truck has some miles on it, but it has never had any problems until the belt broke and I made the mistake of pulling into 5 Star (AGAIN). They do this to me everytime I go in there. I guarantee it is the last time. More
Terrible service work Five Star replaced the transmission in my 2009 F150 because of a hard shift. Since that time it has blown out all the trans fluid, had two valve bodies, a forward ring, been in the shop six times and they billed my extended warranty company twice for the same service work and are now telling me that it is "normal". In short, the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I am 54 years old and have owned seven F150's since 1996 and teach an automotive technology program. This will be the last Ford I buy simply because of terrible service work at my local dealership. Do not take your vehicle to Five Star Ford NRH. More

Major Repair In March 2014 My wife and I purchased a brand new 2014 Taurus from Five Star Ford. In April 2014 (the following month) we attended a military reunion In March 2014 My wife and I purchased a brand new 2014 Taurus from Five Star Ford. In April 2014 (the following month) we attended a military reunion in Shreveport Louisiana. On the way home from Shreveport we were pummeled by hail for 6 minutes. Damage to our new Taurus was extensive, the hood, windshield, roof, trunk led, etc. were damaged beyond repair. I thought the insurance company would total the car, but they did not. Therefore, I had it repaired by Five Star Ford's Collision Center. Nathan Hultquist supervised the repairs. I purposely took a year to evaluate the repairs. In my 82 years I have had body work done on automobiles and this job by Five Star Ford is the very best. After a year our Taurus does not have a rattle, is as tight as it was the day it was delivered. After the repairs, our Taurus is as good as, if not better, new. More
