I was originally quoted a higher price for a set of 4 Hankook Optimo H431 tires, but when I mentioned to Brandon that I had found the same tires for a cheaper price at Pep Boys and he agreed to a price-match. Karena closed out the deal, making me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. I will be taking my 2007 Ford Explorer there for service in next week. More

Michael Fitch saved the day! Terrific and efficient service. After hearing what the problems were with my Food 2007 Edge, Michael suggested I needed a total fuel system service. This saved me cost of the diagnostic as I thought something was wrong with my ABS. Michael and his team got my car serviced in about an hour or less. Great job guys! More

Everyone at Five Star Ford was awesome in making the nightmare bearable, Robert M pushed Ford and followed through as far as he could to pass it on to Josh and Tony H.to close the deal.
