Outstanding Service I was able to have a one-on-one tutoring session with Jimmie Matthews on my SYNC system on my Ford Edge after the service department had finished the I was able to have a one-on-one tutoring session with Jimmie Matthews on my SYNC system on my Ford Edge after the service department had finished the Auto Butler on the car. I had some specific questions that he was able to answer to help make my daily association with SYNC very positive. When he learned that I was receiving a new I Phone within the next day or so, he was also able to update some software to make the synchronization to the new phone much easier and efficient. He spent well over an hour with me which I Greatly appreciated since I drive a long distance from my home to get to 5 Star Ford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a new or used car or truck. More

During the financing Anthony Snyder,a well informative and easy going but an attentive attitude made the purchase enjoyable. Once purchased there was verious work that had to be done on the truck, which all service staff made the transition from working on our vehicle to completion of work very quick and easy. Service department my ventilation failure right I've always had planned maintenance and repairs performed at Five Star since purchasing my 2011 F150 there. The heater in my out of warranty truck fa I've always had planned maintenance and repairs performed at Five Star since purchasing my 2011 F150 there. The heater in my out of warranty truck failed prematurely along with the heated driver's seat. Just noticed both when the weather recently started turning cool. Five Star diagnosed a failed heating grid in the seat and failed blend door actuators in the ventilation system, which would require removing the dashboard to repair. Both repairs would cost $1440, mostly in labor. Service Advisor Alan Holcombe suggested I contact Ford's customer support line directly to see if the manufacturer would be willing to provide some assistance. I did, with the result that Ford and the Five Star service manager agreed to cover 1/3 of the cost of the repairs each. I thought this was a very fair resolution to the problem. The repairs were made quickly and completely. More

Great experience! I took my Truck in for a couple of problems. It did take a few days to get both issues fixed but I was offered a nice rental truck for free that was c I took my Truck in for a couple of problems.
