Very disappointed in the service department. I went in with a serious issue on a 80,000 mile focus. Took my truck to them February 17th for some warranty work. I had to leave it for them to diagnose it. Was finally diagnosed on March, 8th, and warranty company approved the repairs on March 10th. Finally received a message yesterday saying it will be another 12 days "at the earliest" before its finished. At this point I am out more in rental car fees than the repair is going to cost. 6 weeks for a 15 hour job! Almost zero communication from my sevice advisor. Left at least 6 voicemails before I finally convinced them to send me to the managers voicemail. Wich did get my service advisor to call me back the next day. I know everyone is busy right now, but that should not keep you from providing even the basic customer services. Not getting any communication again. So I guess I am headed to the dealership today. Let's see if they can ignore me in person! More

Tiffany had already been briefed about my car issues by Crystal, before I even arrived. And it was because of Crystal going the extra mile, Jason was able to get me in & out in less than 2 days...when most wait times are 1-2mos due to the pandemic slowing down supply chains. Jason, Tiffany & Crystal delivered exceptional service After The Sell...which is rare nowadays. More
