A fantastic experience! I had a service issue with my car and when I arrived Mr. Fitch was very quick and friendly with me. He explained the cost of service and timeframe. My car was repaired within a days time and at the price he stated. From the warm greeting we receive on the driveway from the service attendant John Bradley to the service writer teams, we feel well taken care of. Our service writers are Josh Lowery and Odie Terry. They are always honest, dependable and reliable. We count on them to have our cars serviced in a timely manner and an efficient way. They keep in contact thru the whole service process and address any concerns we might have with the repair. I can't think of any place else we would take our cars. They are top notch from start to finish. Thank you for making us feel like family! More

Very quick, clear, friendly experience They opened up early. The service repairman that set up my appointment was there. He was the person who checked me in. He provided an anticipated return time of my vehicle. When I went to pick up my repaired vehicle, I saw a salesman that I dealt with in the past. He remembered me. I am impressed that after 10 years since our interaction, he still seemed to care. I was impressed that the salesman has been at this location for 15 years and that he is now the General Sales Manager. My service advisor walked me out to my vehicle and explained what was fixed by the recall notice. What all was checked and provided guidance on where I could have my son's 1973 Ford Mustang could be repaired since the dealership is not equipped to deal with that type of classic car. More

He is very knowledgeable and very efficient. We didn't spend idle hours waiting for stuff to happen; our time was respected and we will definitely buy from Alfred in the future. I brought in my Ford Fusion for routine maintenance and a recall. Sean Billhymer arranged my appointment and was there to process my car when I arrived. Everything went smoothly. He kept me apprised of the progress the entire time. He was very personable and I highly recommend him and the service department as a whole. I drive 30 miles to come to this dealership and pass two other Ford dealerships along the way. Five Star Ford has earned my trust and I will keep going out of my way to bring them my business. It was quickly received and service needed recorded by service manger, Mike. The truck was fixed and ready the next day.
