F150 ecoboost timing chain TSB I took my truck to Don Davis Ford in Arlington where they told me it was my air-conditioning compressor making a noise on the coldstart. This issue I took my truck to Don Davis Ford in Arlington where they told me it was my air-conditioning compressor making a noise on the coldstart. This issue was pretty will document on the Internet and I had seen several videos of other people having the exact same issue with their F1 50 so I knew it wasn't the air-conditioning compressor call. I decided to take a five star ford in North Richland Hills along with the video that I made of my truck making the noise. I showed the video to Michael Fitch who took the video to his service technician who immediately identified the issue as being being timing Chain and cam phasers. The rest is history. One of the best parts about this dealership is how they listened to us; when something seemed a little off with the way the car ran, they took it back, testing it again and again to make sure it ran like a car with a brand new engine should! Ohh did I mention my wife pick the car up at 5:30pm from the Body Shop and her appointment was at 7pm and Five Star did not charge her for the tire repair and she made her 7pm appointment. More
