Odie Terry guided me on what needed to be fixed and worked with me to make sure I knew what was getting fixed. Michael Fitch was eager to point me in the right direction. Ric Calderon handled all of the warranty claims and paperwork for me so it ended up costing me absolutely nothing! Charlie Dill & Abel Baldazo were extremely nice and were able to drop me off and pick me up while my car was getting fixed. Overall, the entire process of getting my car fixed was stress free and I appreciate having a service department team like these guys! Thanks! More

It was 6:32 pm when I cruised into the dealership (thankfully, I didn't end up stranded on the highway) and Chris took my car back himself and changed the battery out for me. He's a service advisor... Not a technician, but he obviously didn't want me stranded either. I appreciate him taking the time to take care of my issue at the end of a long day... I'm sure his day was long too :) More

I was so very lucky to have found Ric Calderon who actually took the time to listen to what I had to say and fix the issue instead of "putting a band aid on it " and getting me out the door . Since the day I first met Steven Carter when I drove into Five Star Ford for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I have been impressed with his as Since the day I first met Steven Carter when I drove into Five Star Ford for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I have been impressed with his assistance and his demeanor. Steven really seems to care about his customers and the service they receive. If I call ahead and leave a message for Steven that I will be visiting the dealership for service, he calls me back to discuss the problem and then makes sure, if at all possible, to be there to greet me and to oversee any work that is done. When the work is complete, if I have any questions, he makes sure I get answers. Service advisors don't get any better than Steven Carter! I would also like to mention Jimmie Mathews, Sync Manager. I just met him during my most recent visit to the dealership, and, again, I couldn't have asked for better assistance with the tech issues I was experiencing with my CMax. Jimmie not only made sure he addressed my issues, but also he went above and beyond to introduce me to features I didn't even know were available. Wonderful! Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the dealership as a whole. Although my experience with Five Star Ford has been limited to a few visits for service, from the manager who stopped by for a chat to the cashiers who have handled my transactions, everyone I have met has been polite and helpful. One must believe that the professionalism I've encountered comes from an attitude projected by those in charge. What an example for other businesses to follow! More

Personally, it took multiple calls and over an hour of wait time with another dealership where I purchased this vehicle to get the simple answer of who my tire coverage was with. Abby cut through the red tape and got everything done. Having purchased my most recent vehicle with Five Star, my experience with both the sales and service department of Five Star Ford remain unmatched. I highly recommend using Abby as she is intelligent, pleasant, and overwhelmingly caring that the customer is treated fairly and accurately. She is tops in her industry. More

(I bought my car at their sister store in Lewisville) They were so kind and told me everything and more to help with troubleshooting and cool awesome things i didn't even know about Sync.
