We had taken it to the Granbury Ford and had such a horrible experience, I decided my next vehicle would be a CHEVY- YES that bad!! So, the hubby wouldn't let me take it alone, just in case it was that bad at Five Star Ford, NRH. We were amazed at the concern,effort and respect we were shown by Mr. Steven Carter. From the time we arrived, thru the many calls to report progress to the checkout, it was a very enjoyable visit. Steven is a genuine customer service person- quite refreshing this day and time!! Excellent Customer Experience!!! I brought my 2016 F150 in on Friday, Oct. 7, at 5:30pm. I was hoping the service department would be able to help me immediately, even late on a Frida I brought my 2016 F150 in on Friday, Oct. 7, at 5:30pm. I was hoping the service department would be able to help me immediately, even late on a Friday afternoon. My truck air conditioning had stopped working about 30 minutes prior to my arrival at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. The urgency for a repair was due to my travel plans to Austin TX the next morning to attend my nephew's wedding. We did not want to make that trip with no A/C. I went inside the service department immediately upon arrival and was greeted by Landon Owens. I explained my situation to Landon and he immediately headed out to the service bay area to see if anyone was still around that late in the day that could possibly investigate the problem with the A/C. He returned shortly and said that "Mario" was still in the shop and would be able to take a look. A short time later, my truck was ready to go and the problem was resolved! I really appreciate the customer service I received from Landon that day, as well as Mario's efforts. I have done business with Five Star Ford NRH in the past and have always had a great experience no matter the reason I was at the dealership. Great work and a great customer experience! My wife and I are grateful for making the wedding trip in comfort with A/C! Excellent work guys! More

Good service on courtesy ride I gave a 4 star review, because the work has always been well done on our 2010 F 150 Truck. However the waiting time is just extremely long, till service is provided. Sure would be nice if they could expand the service center to provide faster service. Today I waited 2 hours for an oil change. They I found out I need new breaks. Fortunately they have time to install them today. Thank you for that! I didn't want to wait any longer, so I took a courtesy shuttle home. Mr. Harry Waymire was a very nice man, very good and pleasant driver who know how to get me home fast, safe and sound. More

Excellent My auto repaired required an overnight stay in the mechanic shop. I recently moved here with no family or friends to call for a ride. The shuttle se My auto repaired required an overnight stay in the mechanic shop. I recently moved here with no family or friends to call for a ride. The shuttle service took me back to work but I had no way home from work that evening. I explained my problem to both the Service Advisor, Sean Billhymer and Abel Baldazo, the shuttle driver. With a busy service schedule, Mr. Billhymer said he would try to get my vehicle looked at sooner but could not promise me anything. I got a phone call the same afternoon letting me know my vehicle was ready and that Abel was on his way to pick me up. When I get into the shuttle, Abel said "we like to take care of people at Five Star." We knew you needed your vehicle as you are a single person with no family here. I am very thankful that Five Star has employees Like Abel Baldazo and Mr. Billhymer. More
