I should have just stopped right then and made my purchase. I visited four other dealerships during my "shopping around". One was OK, but did not have the inventory of choices that 5 Star has. One was also OK, but the sales person was quite pushy and their pricing was considerable higher. Dealership number 3 assumed I was just comparing prices and did not even come out of the office. Dealership number 4 is what gives car salesmen a bad name. If and when I need to buy another vehicle, I will be back at 5 Star Ford. Whenever I hear of anyone wanting to purchase a new car, I will be referring them to 5 Star Ford. More

As a Costco member, I tried the Costco new car buying program and Five Star Ford made me a better deal than the dealership that had an arrangement with Costco. Now, for the good part, I had a bolt in my tire the day I got home. This could have happened on my way home, could have been there when I bought it but there was no way to be 100% certain where it came from. Called them the next day when I realized it and had NO issue with the replacement of the tire. Clearly, this dealership is focused on customer service and will be my first choice next time I need a Ford. Highly recommended. More
