Five Star Ford

I planned on getting a Mustang when I went to Five Star the only decision was which one. When I got there ... the one that I thought I wanted (Features-wise) was not on the lot (but it could be ordered or the only decision was which one. As it turns out after driving several vehicles and with Marisa's patience ... I actually ended up getting a Mustang that was on the lot and it turned out to be the perfect fit for me (and my wife loves it, also) ... but she'll just have to keep driving her Acura. Based on my experience with the Sales staff and Finance Dept ... I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Before my visit to Five Star Ford i made an appointment with Rick Dike to test drive a 2011 mustang GT. Rick was very informative about what cars were on the lot and where they were located as to which options they had installed. 15 minutes later i was test driving the vehicle and loving every minute of it. While i was on the test drive Rick had my currect vehicle appraised and by the time i had returned from the test drive he had a perfect offer for my situation. I had told them to not wash the car seeing as it was coming a down pour outside and they had it detailed anyway :). Purchased our second new car from them last year. First purchase from them was "seamless" - but the second was not. An attempt was made to take our trade for thousands less than it was worth (they put it purchase from them was "seamless" - but the second was not. An attempt was made to take our trade for thousands less than it was worth (they put it on their lot for a higher price than an identical car with less mileage) The first service my wife was told the car (Mustang) needed special oil for a total cost of $160! When I contacted the firm and asked for the GM I was told he was not available. The contact came from the service person that sold the expensive service, and he blamed the issue on my wife. We have since moved our business to Grapevine Ford with good results. We will buy another Ford when the 2012's come out - but will not do any further business with 5 Star! More

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Five Star Ford, and the second from Mr. Compton, both times I have felt that they truely cared about giving me what I really wanted, at a price I was real Star Ford, and the second from Mr. Compton, both times I have felt that they truely cared about giving me what I really wanted, at a price I was really comfortable with. I have been a die hard fan of Chrysler products until now, with this new F150 compared to my Dodge ram I will be back to Five Star and Mr. Compton again when I'm ready to replce my other car. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star to anyone looking for a new Vehicle, and definetly recommend Mr. Compton. Just a short note to say our last names being the same is purely coincidental. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and drove to 5 Star Ford to get my new vehicle because I was so happy with the customer service and the inventory. I was able to coordinate my purchase over the phone with Lee so all I had to do once I got there was trade in my old truck and pick up my new car. Lee was great! 5 star did not have exactly the vehicle that I wanted to purchase on their lot but he was able to work out a dealer trade for exactly the car with exactly the features I wanted. (My local Ford dealership talked to me about ordering a vehicle from the factory and told me they'd call me if they got anything in similar to what I was looking for). The customer service was excellent. They were not pushy, but they did call and kept in good contact with me throughout my car-buying experience. When I went to pick up the car, Mark helped me. He went through all of the features and explained what each of the buttons did, which was very nice, I didn't have to try to figure out the synch system on my own. I am very happy with the vehicle and the service I received at 5 Star Ford. Thank you! More
