I called Five Star Ford-NRH to ask about buying a certified used car. Alfred El-Darazi called me back and setup an appointment time to meet. We test drove a 2022 Ford Explorer XLT to Ford's car wash they use for detailing their vehicles. We looked at two other Explorers and a Titanium Edge xx. We were sold on the car we test drove, and completed the paperwork to finance it. Alfred hustled around preparing the 2022 Ford Explorer XLT with new plates and a full tank of gas. He was very helpful, knew the car we were going to purchase, and a good sales consultant. We are very happy with our used one owner Ford Explorer XLT.
