Great customer experience with this service center. I plan to use this facility for all my future service on my C8 Stingray. I was skeptical at first, as I researched what Chevrolet service center I I plan to use this facility for all my future service on my C8 Stingray. I was skeptical at first, as I researched what Chevrolet service center I wanted to perform the first required service on my 2023 Corvette Stingray (oil change and transmission filter replacement). Good reviews on this site influenced my decision. My advisor Bryce Cassels scheduled the appointment and upon arrival, Bryce was temporarily away from his desk but another advisor Jr Lopez got me checked in and showed me around the customer waiting area (great waiting area BTW). Bryce followed up with me regularly, the service techs got the car in, performed the service and got me out, exceeding my expectations. Being an avid automotive enthusiast, once back in my garage at home, I put the car in the air and inspected the work performed (above and below) Everything was exactly as it should have been, clean and put back together properly. The icing on the cake … this dealership has corvettes on the showroom floor and I understand some of the staff personally own Corvettes. This knowledge coupled with the great customer service I experienced leaves no doubt in my mind that this is the right dealership service center for me and my C8 Stingray. More

I was very fortunate in finding my beautiful Red Malibu Premier at 5 Star I could not be happier.
