Regularily scheduled maintenance Despite the fact that I scheduled my service om-line, and received a confirmation from the service advisor, but he knew nothing of it when I arrived e Despite the fact that I scheduled my service om-line, and received a confirmation from the service advisor, but he knew nothing of it when I arrived early Monday morning, Eric and Tom did everything within their power to recover from the computer glitch, and as always, took great care of me. They are great! Hopefully the on-line scheduling will be looked at and corrected. More

VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER Truck was damaged during oil change. I was told it would take one day to repair. Took a whole week to it back. Communication there is bad. I dealt with Tom service manager, and Shelly French who is suppose to handle complaints. However the cashier girl was really sweet. Will never take my vehicle back there. Worse experience ever!!! Don't see how they can consider themselves 5star. More

Always great customer service Needed a quick inspection for this confusing change to one sticker for inspection and registration. I was told to come right in and ask for Tom. Outstanding Service Department I'm very pleased with the level of customer service I received at Five Star Chevrolet. When it came time to take care of the ignition recall on my Sa I'm very pleased with the level of customer service I received at Five Star Chevrolet. When it came time to take care of the ignition recall on my Saturn, I obviously could not take it to the Saturn dealership I bought it from, because they no longer exist. I chose Five Star Chevrolet mainly due to the location, but I would definitely go back based on their excellent Customer service. Kevin gave me a ride home, since their regular driver was on vacation, and the time estimate for completion was spot on. They explained exactly what they were replacing and why in terms I could understand. More
