The only negative in our experience was when we went to pay for the vehicle we were told we could not put more than $5000 on our credit card. The shuttle driver was out and so to keep me from having to wait, the service manager, Hoot, made sure I got where I needed to be. Rick went out of his way to have his guy look at the convertible and called me as he said he would with what he found. After visiting ten different places, I was greeted with friendly faces from every employee upon arrival. This was different in comparison to other places in Dallas when I was ignored or told, "I didn't even see you come in" when I was awaiting service for a good 5-7 minutes,so I refuse to go to Carmax or Hyundai, and Toyota. Five Star Chevrolet has been nothing but exceptional to my family and I. Unlike other dealerships, I was not pressured at all to buy a car. My car salesman, Bryce Armijo, was excellent. He is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills, respectful, patient, and very kind. This is the only place that did not make me feel like vultures were after me to persuade me to make a purchase. I decided upon a 2012 Nissan Sentra in which they replaced the windshield, fixed the tint, filled my gas tank twice, and did a thorough inspection. I am very impressed with Five Star Chevrolet. Their name speaks for their actions. I will tell all of my friends and family to go to Five Star Chevrolet, instead of its competitors. They will make sure you are satisfied here.
