From the front of the house to the back, they truly are awesome! No high pressure and they made it clear they wanted to be sure I not only had a car that I wanted to drive but that also would right for me and what fits my needs, and life demands. They made sure it was the right car, not just any car. The customer service was top notch. They make sure you don't leave the lot until they go over the car and make sure you know all of it's features. They don't rush you through the sale just to get to the next customer. It was a fantastic care buying experience which is hard to come by. More

I was told I was paying for a warranty with 100,000 mile coverage but once I received the paperwork that was not the case. I called the finance manager Mike and he advised that he had taken care of the situation and it was only a grammatical error but in fact when my policy was received it still was not corrected. I made several phone calls to the dealership to no avail. I eventually gave up and accepted the fact that I had been bamboozled! More

I am very pleased with the service I received on my last visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with an appointment on my next day off. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Tom who immediately looked up my car in his computer and explained that my particular Cobalt was not part of that recall and that I had no worries about my ignition failing. He did however find a recall/service bulletin notice regarding a fuel leakage problem and asked me if I had noticed any problem. I told him that I could sometimes smell gasoline but had not noticed and leakage but that I park in public parking lots not in a garage so I probably wouldn’t notice a leak. He suggested that I go ahead and have the problem fixed and I agreed since I was already there. The work was done in a timely manner and I haven’t noticed and gasoline smells since. Overall I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated and with the service that my Cobalt received. I will continue to bring my Cobalt to Van any time service/repairs are needed. More

This was my first car buying experience and I was very nervous. I had heard horror stories about car dealers and the way they try to take advantage of females and first time buyers. James Brown was the first to speak with me on the phone and made me feel comfortable enough to go test drive a Camaro at Van Chevrolet. He was very nice and made sure I knew what all the features are of the car. When we were done with the first drive he made sure I was happy and understood everything about the Camaro. We went inside and he introduced me to his manager James Chacon and the 2 of them walked me through the process. What surprised me was how comfortable I felt with the entire process and how James explained everything to me as it was happening. I was not sure about my credit and if I was getting a good deal but they showed me how my score compares to others and went over all of my payment options. I really couldn't believe how easy the whole thing was. GREAT JOB VAN CHEVROLET, you have a customer for life. I love my new Camaro and I will definitely send my friends to you. More
