We strive to ensure that our customers are Completely Satisfied with their visit to our Service Department. I apologize that you did not have a good experience. It is true that one of our technicians damaged your vehicle during a routine oil change. We completely restored the dent in the vehicle to original condition. In addition, we did not charge you for any services performed. I am sorry you were informed it would only take a day for us to repair your vehicle. We were not happy with the condition of your vehicle after the initial repair and as a result sent this to be repaired properly. We have records that your Service Advisor, Tom, contacted you numerous times during this repair to keep you informed with the exception of one day. In addition, after you picked up your vehicle, our Customer Experience Specialist, Sita contacted you in regards to your satisfaction with your vehicle. When you expressed your frustration at your experience, I immediately contacted you to determine how we could rectify this situation for you. You expressed to me that there were additional repairs that had been suggested for your 2008 Avalanche. After speaking with our Service Director, I contacted you and told you that we would be happy to significantly reduce the cost of the parts as well as the labor (from $125 an hour to $90 an hour) for the additional repairs. You told me that you would speak to your husband about this and let me know. When I didn’t hear back from you later that day, I called and left messages for you on two separate days and times. We would still love the opportunity to earn your business again. Our offer for the discounted parts and reduced labor rate still stands. We truly care about our customers and although mistakes happen, we work hard to restore our customers’ confidence in us.
