Truly a 5-Star Experience! My dad and I came in to Five Star Chevrolet to just look at what options we had for my mom, and we left with a brand new car! My dad had bought my mom My dad and I came in to Five Star Chevrolet to just look at what options we had for my mom, and we left with a brand new car! My dad had bought my mom a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse from a rip-off car lot and the interest rate was close to 20%! My dad didn't realize how horrible of a deal he got until David Reeves broke it all down for us! My dad was interested in buying my mom a brand new Traverse, since he was paying over $600 a month for the car note and he was also spending a ton on service fees, since the vehicle kept giving her mechanical problems. Any way, we wanted to see if it was even possible for him to get rid of it, since he was drowning in negative equity! Let me tell you, David Reeves did not give up until it was made possible! We drove away with a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Traverse! The interest rate dropped down to 6.8% and the payments pretty much stayed the same! The best part was that the payments included service for 75,000 miles, GAP insurance, and even Wheel and Tire insurance! I cannot begin to tell you how big this was for us! Hispanics get taken advantage of ALL the time, when it comes to car buying, due to language barriers and David Reeves allowed us to regain hope in the car business! He was honest from start to finish and his hospitality, along with the rest of the Five Star Chevy team, was outstanding! Sita Velasquez sealed the deal by making the On-Star connection process as simple as possible, since my parents aren't tech savvy... AT ALL... but they understood and truly appreciated her patience! My dad has since then sent a couple of my uncles and aunts to buy from David Reeves! We definitely recommend Five Star Chevy to everyone! More

Esta ultima ves fui con mi hijo y compre un 2015 cargo van con la ayuda de Jorge ramos, Oliver Austin y Jennifer Orihuela. Todo el proceso fue rapido y sensillo al punto. Horrible experience!!!! They charged me $149 for check engine light !!! I was never told I was going to pay that much just for a diagnostic. If I would've known I would've They charged me $149 for check engine light !!! I was never told I was going to pay that much just for a diagnostic. If I would've known I would've gone to auto zone or another place it would've been free. The Service Lady called to explain the diagnostics and gave me my totaI and not once did she tell me that my total was for the check engine light. I went in to get my tire patched and for a warranty (recall) when I was there I mentioned the light was on and the Service lady sayed ill look at it, but forgot to mention the part were she was going to be charged over $100 for it.I left with my tire not patched and with my car being in the same condition as it was. On top of that I found out I was charged almost $15 for a service that they have no idea what it was for. Im still waiting for the manager to call me back! I Do Not Recommend this place!!! Normally I sell my own cars by owner, but he made it worth our while to trade in our truck. Sean's follow up on all my questions pulled us away from a dealer 35 miles closer to where my son lives because he was willing to find the right vehicle in our price range, a Ford Explorer. Michael in the finance department was excellent. I was able to complete the entire transaction from another city because of their willingness to communicate by email, phone and text. I will be a repeat customer! More
