Great experience! I originally went in for service on my vehicle. Jeff was very helpful from the start and kept me advised as to the status of my repair. Once the estimate had been provided, he gave me some possible options and, at my request, gave my information to the sales staff. Lloyd contacted me quickly and setup a time for me to come in and meet with him. I needed to adjust the time of the meeting the morning of, and he was more than willing to accommodate. After walking through my requirements for a used vehicle, we went for a test drive and I was sold. I was moved on to the financial team and spoke with Julian who helped explain everything I had questions about and provided some great conversation while waiting for the appropriate documents to be printed. After that I met with Michael to complete my experience. He took he time to walk through some of the features of my new vehicle as well as answer any questions I had. Overall, a great experience. The team there took what could easily become a stressful situation and made it a more bearable, almost enjoyable process. More
