Brought our truck in on DEC 30th, our vacumm pump went out when we were on the highway. We were able to control truck to a stop and avoid accidents or killing someone. I have been to two other Sevice GMC dealers and they said that all of this should have been covered. They refuse to refund us the $1,300.00. HORRIBLE More

I purchased larger tires with GM certified 22” inch wheels in Feb 2022 on a new Suburban Z71 with a written and verbal committed that the original 20” stock wheels and tires would be either placed in t wheels in Feb 2022 on a new Suburban Z71 with a written and verbal committed that the original 20” stock wheels and tires would be either placed in the rear of the vehicle for me or shipped to me. Neither has occurred and five star has to yet to account a full set of brand new wheels and tires valued in excess of $2,500. I have attempted every Avenue of communication to resolve this issue. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone, at any time. More
