There are 2 ladies I'd like to brag about, Casey and Jenn. These two went above and beyond to help me with my truck being serviced. My truck was in the shop over 5 weeks and the lack of communication fr Jenn. These two went above and beyond to help me with my truck being serviced. My truck was in the shop over 5 weeks and the lack of communication from the service department is something else. Casey put me in touch with Jenn and the ball started moving. Within 3 days of Jenn looking into the issue my truck was fixed. THANK YOU JENN and CASEY for a job well done!!!!! More

Tried to buy a used vehicle from them and since they were out of town I wanted to negotiate a price before I spent my time traveling and gas money. They refused. They then wanted to know how I arrived at my numbers and claimed that their research was much better than mine. Now to me that was an insult. I guess they don’t want customers that are informed, have cash and excellent credit scores. Will never do business with any 5 Star dealership More
