I brought my car in on February 19, 2021 for regular services that was due in February 2021 to get oil changed, tires rotated, all that comes with regular maintenance and also to have a new cab filter services that was due in February 2021 to get oil changed, tires rotated, all that comes with regular maintenance and also to have a new cab filter put in due to the dust getting on my dash board soon as I clean it thru vents. That is what the service man said I needed to replace. In less than 1 month later my car 2019 dodge challenger that I purchased at this location, when I crank it up, it is showing the oil change is due??????? Ok, WHAT???? did they not do my oil change, I was there over 2 hours now I am wondering if my oil change even got done?????? Also I paid $105.67 for a new cab filter to be put in and I do not believe it was even put in due to I am still getting the dust on my dash board soon as I clean it. I am very very unhappy customer. I need proof this was completed...What am I suppose to do now??? Get a lawyer ??? More

Worst customer relation people I ever had to deal with, took them 4 days to return my call. Make sure you read everything on the contract and calculate all the numbers because what the salesman says and wh took them 4 days to return my call. Don't bring your trade in there! they gave me $4000 for my trade in and 3 days later put it on the lot for $8000 even though blue book list it for $4000. More
