Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. They are rude to customers and very unprofessional. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They said they would contact Chrysler to get my navigatio rude to customers and very unprofessional. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They said they would contact Chrysler to get my navigation fixed and it has taken over a week. Contacted them to see if they had an update and they said they were still waiting so I contacted the customer help number and Chrysler said they had no record of where that dealership even sent them anything on my Jeep to get my navigation replaced. Dishonest and pushy I went to this dealership Looking for a Toyota Camry. I had spoken on the phone to Aaliyah but since she was not there when I arrived I dealt with Te I went to this dealership Looking for a Toyota Camry. I had spoken on the phone to Aaliyah but since she was not there when I arrived I dealt with Terry. He advised me that they had A Camry in another location, which I think was In Alabama, and óthey would be glad to bring it and let me look at it. It was discussed that I would in no way be obligated to purchase the vehicle If I did not want it. He then asked me if I would be willing to give them a check for three or four hundred dollars to show good faith in the fact that I would come in and look at the vehicle. In hindsight I realized it was not ethical for me to be asked to do that And I should have refused. But I gave them a check for $300. My mistake. When I came back to look at the vehicle., which was a very nice vehicle, I advised them that this was the first vehicle that I had actually looked at other than online and needed to shop around and see what else was out there that I might be interested in. On this occasion I did meet and deal with Aaliyah but Zodie, who I think it's the service manager, was also present. They both I asked if I would be interested in going to one of their other locations nearby and look at other vehicle which I agreed to. At that time I asked for the return of my check until I Made a decision and was informed by Zodie that it was non-refundable. I advised him that he had just lost a potential customer and that I was on my way to the bank to stop payment, which I did. Had he not intervened and allowed Aaliyah and I to continue they might have eventually made a sale. I think what they did was probably illegal . People like him are the reason that car salesmen have a bad reputation. More

Never ending mess wish it would just end Try to resolve yet another problem. Your staff was quick to ignore us, continued to play on their personal phones, and typing on the computer and re Try to resolve yet another problem. Your staff was quick to ignore us, continued to play on their personal phones, and typing on the computer and refusal to speak to me. With off course made me very upset as we have tried to call Numerous times and have had numerous problems going back to the day we dropped off our journey for repairs. Our calls never got returned, no one knew what was going on, so we decided with a need for a vehicle to Just trade in. Luckily my father in law agreed to sign the loan with his great credit as our la are tanked with student loans and the payments options were reasonable even with a down payment. The Wednesday before thanksgiving we agreed with Leroy to come in at 330 to finalize everything get the car and review the paperwork before it was sent out of state for signatures to ensure everything was correct..mind you we have purchased several vehicles over our time in many states being military and never had issues and know the process well. Instead of waiting for our 330 agreement Leroy proceeded to call and text me at a min of 15 times in 1.5 hours while I’m at work. I had to finally tell Him to stop. And only my husband went. Off course the paperwork wasn’t ready, we agreed to come Back Saturday. We showed up and were questioned why were there and that they’ll have everything handled. We waited quite sometime and even my husband went to Tyrone and asked him hey we scheduled this and he just lifted his hand and asked us to leave and wait. Finally someone came to help us and he had no knowledge of the deal. He did the best he could but our questions got answered incorrectly once we did research which gave us the opportunity to call numerous times to Tyrone to explain why this was said and it was not this off course it took Hours for someone to call us back. Thinking everything’s okay and the dealer told us the pay out for the Journey will be made by December 11, we called weekly to check the status to ensure, being blown off and told numerous things we knew something was wrong. Needless to say it didn’t happen. I get a call last week from Janice, and she told me She is sending the title paperwork to my father in law in Ohio with the check and he will have to do it himself. We asked several times the process of an out of state title and registration and they said everything would be done on your guys behalf so Imagine it’s response with our temp plate expiring on the 5th of January and very little notice. She told me we were being taxed at 8% and I told her several times during our call and even hung up to call Ohio title in summit county where my father in law resides that this is incorrect. She said she talked to them It is, and didn’t acknowledge my concern. Fast forward to today Saturday December 29, my father in law calls and states that the check was for a way different county that their bracket is 8% and not for summit county. We tried to call once again voicemail after voicemail. So we came to the dealership. Tyrone another white gentleman were sitting there in the office behind glass. I went in and said I need to talk to a manager, I don’t want a voicemail or Tyrone I want an actual manager because yet another mistake was made. And how can you as a person paying on a 40k loan with someone’s name on the line who’s holding this loan, not be upset with a dealership who has one job to handle its customers. Mind you my husband did come Friday left work as we couldn’t get a hold of anyone and Tyrone told him he had another deal and couldn’t deal with him so my husband said what was on his mind on how we’ve had nothing but problems and he would have never ever stepped into this dealership if we didn’t have to but we had no choice with our car needing repairs at a dodger dealership near us. So back to today, they both ignored us. Continued to type. I said hey, and told them the issue with the title and the wrong vin being sent to the bank. The payment is due, the incorrect vin was for collateral. I mean come on? He pulled the card of I need to talk to the owner of vehicle which hey want a problem when the deal was made. Now it is? Ironic. I told him we had called and called, no one gets us anywhere. We’re fed up. It’s been 6 weeks or so. I mean enough is enough. Tyrone starts to defend himself picks up the paper and says here it’s right here I haven’t done it yet and whatever. We’re like come On? What nonsense is this? Like we called yesterday at noon 4 times and in the Morning we have enough notice for returning calls yet no one did. Then they start saying how the phone is messed up and they got voicemails. Well why don’t y’all say that? Well we can’t control people in the building? If it’s a known thing your voicemail doesn’t work why are you allowing us to leave voimcemails. Which in return feels like we are being ignored? Tyrone gets back on his phone. And the guys next to him starts saying I’m Just gonna withdraw and void the deal. Um excuse me? How does that work? He’s like well we lost money on it anyway and it was a horrible deal and you’re a misberable person and leave. Okay that’s cute. I’m Miserable because you didn’t do your job? And you are rude? And have been nothing but rude and ignoring us for weeks and have made so many mistakes and we have no right to be mad. And Tyrone chimes in and says, well your husband was here yesterday and he pissed me off that’s why I didn’t talk To Him. Well I mean when you’re ignoring us, making constant mistakes, don’t return our calls, and we have to show up non stop to babysit we don’t have a right to be pissed of but you do? And call people miserable? so I spot the journey outside and out of coursity since no one would tells us what was wrong with the Journey I decided to ask? The white guy suddenly jumps up and says thank god y’all can Have it back! I said well It’s not your day is it? He quickly rushes to the service department and I ask Lisa for the print out and ironically it’s what we always thought was wrong with it and no one wanted to tell us as they knew we were interested in a new car. How did that work out? The journey had a 3500 warranty bill on it. And we got a new car. When initially we just wanted our car fixed. But he didn’t talk to us at all and went back to his desk. Tyrone comes by and says “ no matter how y’all feel about me this is the process of fixing the bank and the vin number” and he told us. Which I mean you could have told me that when you called me by mistake thinking I was the bank On Friday. And when my husband was there Friday and when we came today and asked why it wasn’t done. Now that everyone’s pissed off you tell us. The lack of communication at this dealership amazes me, calling people miserable, making excuses for phone lines, not returning calls, telling people you’re pissed off. That’s just amazing for customer service. When we didn’t do anything wrong we went to pay the bill and the bank Informs of in-corrections, we want to get a plate for the car and the wrong county is being paid for, we wanted our journey fixed and no one would tell us what’s wrong. I mean when is enough enough? Why can’t we be pissed off? Why can’t we be treated with respect xxxxty deal Or not that’s on the dealership and not us. I work for a local insurance agent and we often do business with five Star customers, and love referring people to good repair shops and what not. My husband being a local recruiter often has the ability to get new soldiers new cars and networking in the area to ensure success in this region. We have been warned by our neighbors, and even local mechanics we saw initially to stay away, but with no choice minus Columbus and reading reviews we still big the bullet. With much regret. We have a chance and instead we were miserable not in our lives but with five star. And yes we did the survey and yes we spoke with Julie about our survey she even went above and beyond to fix our problems, we thought that was the end. She even asked us to change the survey and I refused. And this is the reason why I refused. We hope this is the end. We love the car we got, good deal for us maybe not perfect for y’all but we did our part. No one forced anyone to do the deal so you can’t throw that in our faces. Mistakes were made from day 1. And we all are losing. But either way....customer service is key, owning your mistakes is key. More
