Our local dealers didn't have any stock meeting the requirements, but Fitzpatricks had a few available. While the drive wasn't too long, we wanted to get a tentative agreement on the pricing over emails before we headed over, especially given that we had to bring our two little kids along, and Mark was very helpful in this regard (unlike other non-local dealers that we contacted that also had some stock meeting our requirements). With the agreement reached, we drove to Ansonia, CT. The overall experience was quite smooth, they gave us a very good price on our trade-in, and Dan helped a lot also with the process, including going over the features of the car. Overall, we can highly recommend Fitzpatricks. More

Even with limited information on the new model he made ordering easy, and he was even able to submit changes to my order after it was submitted. He responds to communications in real time - phone, e-mail, and text are all fair game. Even now, long after my sale is done, Mark always recognizes me and says hello when I'm at the dealership for service. Recently, I had to bring my Wrangler in for service and Tracy was my advisor. She is PHENOMENAL. Really friendly and helpful, and knows how to do her job well. She really made me feel comfortable that my vehicle was in good hands. (Oh, they got my Jeep fixed up as promised, too.) There are some big dealerships servicing the same area as Fitzpatrick's, but I think you'll be better served by this family run business. I know whenever I go back they'll know me and take care of me, and that I'll be working with the same people. A+ More
