Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone. More
Brought my Jeep in for an 02 sensor and they refused to fix my Jeep, Told me my fuel tank was broken yet didn’t offer to fix it? What kinda service department does that? They verbally abused my Jeep on the fix my Jeep, Told me my fuel tank was broken yet didn’t offer to fix it? What kinda service department does that? They verbally abused my Jeep on the phone and told me to come pick it up. They don’t want it and don’t want to work on it? Like it was a piece of trash? Never again would I step foot in this place. Horrible people horrible service. More

He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, funny, and most importantly, he was honest. Mark is the reason I keep going back to Fitzpatrick’s and will continue to for my next vehicle. More
Receptionist and and service manager were great people to deal with. I went in there confused and they steered me in the right direction from the issues with my car, to where to go in, free wifi, and pleasan deal with. You can make your appointments online which is convenient as well. Despite bringing my car there and no actual repairs were needed, more like "false alarms", I was not charged for their time. That's HUGE!!! I'll be going back if I need help from a Mopar professional and not to Crowley's where I originally purchased my Challenger from or Shakers where I originally wanted to go but they didn't go above and beyond. More

Great buying experience I live in a town with about one dozen auto dealers within 5 minutes of each other but prefer to travel 30 minutes to Fitzpatrick's because of the way I live in a town with about one dozen auto dealers within 5 minutes of each other but prefer to travel 30 minutes to Fitzpatrick's because of the way that they've managed my business. Bought my first wrangler in 2016 from them, and my second in 2019 when my son bought the 2016 from me. I always recommend them to friends who are in the market. More

Great Experience New Jeep! I traded in my Patriot and leased a brand new Cherokee. Fitzpatrick’s made it a smooth process and were willing to work with what I needed. New vehicle is great and they took the time to really go through the new vehicle’s features (since technology has come a long way in the 7 years since I’ve had a new car!). Overall, would recommend.
