I had a terrific experience with Fitzgerald's White Flint Hyundai dealership. My salesman, Feleke Kenaa, was patient and the opposite of what you'd expect from a "high pressure car salesman." While he gave me a lot of information concerning the purchase of a new car and showed me a number of features on that car, he never "told" me how I should think. It was refreshing! I was provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision and I was allowed the freedom to make that decision on my own. I bought a new Sonata from Feleke and I'd buy from him again. They also threatened me with their lawyers if I wrote a negative review. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and to me it seemed very much like discrimination. Now ask yourself, is this the type of company you want to enter into a relationship with? Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these guys who are absolutely indifferent about their customers. More
This is my second time buying from Fitzgerald White Flint Hyundai. What drew me back (in addition to the fact that I was very happy with my previous Hyundai purchase and wanted to replace our aging Toyota wi Hyundai. What drew me back (in addition to the fact that I was very happy with my previous Hyundai purchase and wanted to replace our aging Toyota with another Hyundai) was the absolute low-pressure, stress-free experience of buying a car from this dealership. The salesman I worked with--Feleke Kanaa--was great; he was very thorough in pointing out all of the features of the Elantra I was interested in, but never gave me the hard sell. I used to hate the process of buying a car, because I hated having to deal with overaggressive salespeople trying to get me to part with as many of my dollars as possible. ("Yes, that's the price we agreed on, but it didn't include X, Y, and Z, so the actual price is...") With Fitzgerald's fixed-price sale policy, you know exactly what you're going to pay up front, without having to comb over every detail to look for hidden costs. Maybe I could have gotten a slightly better price if I'd been willing to put the time and effort into really haggling with another dealership, but for me, a few dollars in possible savings is not worth that kind of unpleasantness. Jay Krishna, the salesman who helped me, was extremely patient with me. (I ask a lot of questions, and am very particular, but he did not take offense to this.) He seemed genuinely interested in helping me to find the best match for me. He gave me a great price for my old car,too, for which I am very grateful. He also showed me how to work all the controls in my new car, which took some time because I am so slow when it comes to car mechanics! I wish this particular dealership was closer to my home because if it was, I would take my car to them for regular maintenance. Another plus for this dealership is that there is a relaxed atmosphere. I did not feel as though I had to hurry to make up my mind about the details of the sale. Everyone that I came in contact with (even if it was just in passing) was very welcoming and cordial towards me. I even got to meet Ms. Fitzgerald (one of the vice presidents) of the company...What a wonderful lady! This business is really managed well! It has a small town, family business feel that is so rare in today's society. In closing, I will say that my experience at this dealership could not have been any better.
